ModeDo – Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the ModeDo application (“ModeDo,” “the App,” “we,” “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License to Use the App

ModeDo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, lawful purposes only.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the App in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations

3. Use of AI Features

ModeDo includes features powered by artificial intelligence (“AI Features”).

By using AI Features, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated content is automated and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.
  • AI responses are provided for general productivity assistance only.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding how to act on any AI-generated output.
  • ModeDo may limit, refuse, or block AI responses at its discretion for safety or policy reasons.
  • AI Feature are not a substitute for professional, legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice.

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree not to use the App or AI Features to create, request, store, or process content that is:

  • Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive
  • Violent, threatening, or harmful
  • Infringing on the rights of others
  • Involving hacking, unauthorized access, or circumvention of safeguards
  • Involving drugs, weapons, or other controlled or dangerous activities

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to AI Features or the App if these rules are violated.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials.

You agree not to input or upload:

  • Passwords, PINs, or financial account details
  • API Keys, access tokens, or secrets
  • Personally identifiable information of others without consent

6. Subscriptions and Payments

  • ModeDo offers optional paid subscriptions (“Pro”).
  • Payments are charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
  • Pricing and availability may change with notice.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of ModeDo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App or AI Features at any time if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or if continued use poses risk to the service or other users.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

ModeDo is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The App will always be available or error-free
  • AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any purpose

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ModeDo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on AI-generated content.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
